• In Gresham, consultants unveil a booklet. Really. The Gresham Outlook reports that there's an "aspirational development concept" afoot for the city's first urban renewal district. The "aspirational development concept" is for a mixed-use housing/retail/commercial project on the old Rockwood Fred Meyer site -- but realities could change once a real developer gets involved.
